Avalon Homes is a long standing family new home builder that has been building in the Peel region and surrounds since 1980. Director, Alan Wheatley has gained outstanding building awards and tradesman prestigious awards from the HIA.
In 2010, Avalon Homes saw an opportunity to partner with a new local Building Design and Drafting company called NewScape Design Group of which it’s director, Daniel Wheatley, entered into a collaborated effort to offer Perth to Mandurah, and as far afield as Margaret River and Albany communities a unique and pleasurable experience from the onset to the finishing stages of building.
With quality craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail and outstanding communication, both Alan and Daniel Wheatley have been able to continue to service the Building and Construction community. We have built many commercial, residential and holiday homes using a variety of materials from double brick, timber frame, rammed earth/limestone and concrete tilt panels.
